8 min AMRAP of 3 handstand push-ups, 6 chest to bar pullups, and 9 box jumps. I was 1 pull-up and 9 box jumps shy of averaging a round per minute grrrr *shakes fist* However, I led the class with 7.8 rounds completed, yay!
Warmup: 5-3-1-1-1 (reps) overhead squats.
Cool down: various arm stretches.
***on an “I suck” note*** I’m terrible at overhead squats. Awful. My least favorite exercise.

WOD Team 100: With a partner, 100 reps of push presses, 100 reps of front squats, 100 reps of hanging cleans, and 100 reps dead lifts -each lift at a prescribed weight of 95lbs. Finished in 25:57.
Warmup: kettle bell swings while partner rows 500m, then rotate.
Cool down: various arms and legs stretches followed by 2 min of dead hang pullups.
*My legs feel like noodles. My collar bones are bruised -I like it.
Beach is where I live… Under a pineapple and under the sea :P
Not a bad way to spend a Sunday. Yoga and locally grown cuisine at Suzie’s Farm in San Diego. Sunshine, fresh air, hear-centering yoga, a delicious meal, building a community, and supporting local farmers -Farm to Yoga. I have the best yoga instructor. All but three ingredients in the three course meal were harvested from Suzie’s Farm.
